Customers must present the original invoice .
items must be in its original packing as well as in a saleable condition .
Customers may return the items within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase .
Customers may exchange the items within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase .
if the item was cut or sliced in special lenght, width,or modified in any way, will not be refundable/exchangeable.
the customer shall bear thr costs of transportation from his location to the establishment showroom/warehouse.
Used, expired or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there are manufacturing defects.
